Storm Kathleen was battering the runners on Saturday night
With the weather deteriorating throughout the afternoon, only the leading 19 runners were allowed over Kidsty Pike before both the Northern and Lakes Traverse™ runners were diverted onto a lower-level course. While some braved very difficult conditions on the high fells, others had the new challenge of navigating the alternative route. Everyone got to enjoy the hospitality of our famous Patterdale Support Point first.
At the time of writing, the 2025 Northern Traverse™ has already sold out, but there are some entries remaining for the Lakes Traverse™, Dales Traverse™, and Moors Traverse™.
